- Companies preparing employee security training
- For organisations seeking to improve the ability to identify and respond to signs of phishing and account takeover in everyday work.
- Organisations adopting AI at work
- When you need to define what information may be entered into AI tools and establish safe usage guidelines.
- Development teams looking to improve security awareness
- For teams seeking to understand easily overlooked development security issues through real vulnerability examples.
Corporate security workshops
Learn phishing response, account protection and safe AI use
through examples tailored to participants’ roles and level of understanding.
Who the training is for
Training structure and materials
- Advance questions and training materials
- We review participants’ responsibilities and level of understanding, then prepare materials on the agreed topics.
- Case-based training and Q&A
- We examine examples of situations that can arise at work and answer participants’ questions.
- Practical checklist
- We summarise key security settings and response procedures for continued use after the training.
Detailed training topics
We combine understanding with practical action, using situations participants may encounter at work.
- Phishing and AI-enabled fraud
- We examine email and messenger scams, voice and video impersonation, and practise authenticity checks and reporting procedures.
- Account protection and recovery
- We explain multi-factor authentication (MFA), passkeys, password management and account recovery in the context of actual usage workflows.
- Workplace AI and secure development
- We tailor guidance on information that should not be entered into AI, precautions when using tools and key vulnerability examples to participants’ roles.
Project information
- Preliminary information
- We confirm the target audience, participant numbers, job responsibilities and preferred schedule. The training topics and structure are developed during consultation.
- Structure, schedule and quotation
- We define the topics, duration and delivery format (online or on-site) based on participants’ understanding and learning objectives, then prepare a quotation.
- Exercise preparation
- We explain in advance which devices and accounts are needed for practical exercises. We do not ask participants to submit real customer information or work passwords.
- Delivery and feedback
- We agree which elements are needed, such as advance questions, case explanations, exercises and Q&A. We also agree whether and how feedback will be collected.
- Use after training
- We discuss checklist use and any follow-up training. If vulnerability assessment or retesting of a service is needed, we define a separate assessment scope.
