Frequently asked questions

Can we commission an assessment without a dedicated security team?

Yes. We support you from the initial review of your service architecture and security needs. We explain risks and remediation priorities to management, and provide developers with specific guidance on improvements.

How are cost and duration determined?

We review the number of services, API scope, user roles, AI-connected tools and test environment before preparing a proposal. The quote specifies the assessment areas, schedule, report and retesting scope, and cost.

Can you assess a service that is already live?

Where possible, we use a test environment and dedicated accounts. If testing in production is necessary, we agree in advance on the scope, timing, data handling and stop conditions.
